描述
Fitur Pintukelas yang bisa membantu dalam manajemen pengelolaan sekolah:
1. Kalender akademik
Satu fitur kalender yang lengkap untuk memantau PR, tugas, kuis yang diberikan ke siswa. Orang tua juga bisa memantau tanggal pembayaran sekolah, hari libur, penerimaan rapor, jadwal ujian, dan kegiatan sekolah.
2. Manajemen event
Sekolah bisa membuat event dan mengundang orang tua, kemudian orang tua siswa bisa mengkonfirmasi kehadiran lewat aplikasi Pintukelas. Sekolah lebih praktis dalam mengadakan dan memantau kelancaran event.
3. Administrasi tagihan
Sekolah bisa lebih praktis menagih biaya sekolah, buku, seragam, dan lain-lain ke orang tua siswa lewat Pintukelas. Orang tua siswa juga bisa mendapatkan pengingat pembayaran, memantau status pembayaran (lunas, telat), dan melihat riwayat seluruh biaya yang selama ini dibayarkan.
4. Pengelolaan pengguna
Dengan dasbor yang mudah dipahami dan digunakan, pihak sekolah bisa mengelola pengguna Pintukelas (Pihak manajemen sekolah, siswa, orang tua, guru, admin) lebih mudah dan nyaman.
5. Akademik
Guru dan orang tua bisa lebih praktis memantau perkembangan akademik siswa melalui tugas harian dan menerima rapor di akhir periode akademik.
6. Berita
Orang tua siswa akan selalu mendapatkan informasi dan berita terbaru dari pihak sekolah. Bila ada yang ingin ditanyakan tentang informasi tersebut, tersedia fitur komentar.
7. Rapor
Orang tua dapat mengunduh rapor anak dengan praktis.
8. Jadwal pelajaran/kelas
Murid bisa melihat jadwal mata pelajaran.
9. Pemberitahuan
Dapatkan pemberitahuan terkini untuk fitur Akademik, Berita, dan Administrasi tagihan.
