描述
El acceso a la aplicación es mediante el uso del ID de alumno ITSON, el cual consta de 11 dígitos y, una contraseña que éste vinculada al acceso a sistemas como biblioteca, SAETI 2, ITSON Virtual, Titulación y Cajeros de documentos; entre otros.
En cuanto a su estructura, Potros App le permitirá a los usuarios tener acceso a su información académica, como lo es su número del seguro facultativo, su progreso académico y el promedio general del mismo, así como las horas del programa intercultural y las horas de servicio social que tiene liberados a la fecha actual, estos dos últimos únicamente aplica para alumnos de licenciatura.
Además, el usuario podrá consultar las materias en las que se encuentra inscrito y su horario de clases, y, en caso de estar en periodo vacacional por término de semestre, el alumno podrá consultar su próxima cita de inscripción. Potros App permitirá acceder a información de adeudos vigentes en colegiatura, biblioteca, laboratorios y documentos, esto con la finalidad de que el alumno este precavido ante una posible retención de cita de inscripción.
La aplicación también pone al alcance de sus usuarios, promociones vigentes en las áreas de comedores, sorteos, librerías y eventos culturales, mismas que son manejadas por los departamentos correspondientes, además el usuario podrá acceder a las fechas de los eventos públicos programados en las distintas instalaciones de la Institución como lo son el Teatro Dr. Oscar Russo Vogel, Club ITSON, Arena ITSON y CEEN.
Es importante señalar, que el usuario podrá contar con una serie de notificaciones referenciadas a los distintos avisos que pueda tener la Institución para los alumnos, entre las cuales se mencionan las notificaciones por adeudos, por próxima cita de inscripción, nuevos eventos culturales y/o deportivos programados, entre otros, todo lo anterior podrá ocurrir cuando el usuario tenga activa la aplicación móvil.
Para atención personalizada, el usuario deberá acercarse a las distintas instancias que conforman a los campus de la universidad. Sin embargo, Potros App pone a disposición del usuario el siguiente correo electrónico: soluciones@itson.edu.mx para enviar los problemas de soporte que se le presenten.
