PRACTIMAN
Practiman es una app educativa para aprender y practicar Reanimación Cardiopulmonar (RCP) de forma sencilla y guiada. Está pensada como apoyo al entrenamiento con maniquí Practiman, reforzando la técnica correcta de compresiones, la colocación de las manos y la preparación de la vía aérea, incluyendo el modo Hands-Only (solo compresiones).

Qué puedes hacer con la app
• Seguir sesiones paso a paso con indicaciones claras y temporizadas.
• Practicar compresiones torácicas con guía de ritmo (100–120/min) y profundidad orientativa.
• Repasar la postura cervical y la apertura de la vía aérea antes de ventilar.
• Entrenar el protocolo Hands-Only CPR (sin ventilaciones) para emergencias de testigos.
• Revisar recordatorios rápidos de cadena de supervivencia y uso del DAE.
