Hvordan fungerer det?
Tryghed: Alle frivillige mentorer modtager træning, så de kan påtage sig deres rolle med selvsikkerhed og skabe et trygt rum for mentees.
Matching: Vores intelligente matching-system sikrer, at mentor og mentee får et godt og stærkt match, der giver den bedste start på forløbet. Mentorer er andre studerende fra enten egen eller en anden uddannelsesinstitution.
Støtte og opfølgning: Forløbene faciliteres digitalt med personlige mål, opfølgning og evaluering for at sikre det bedste udbytte af møderne.
Hvorfor vælge en Ung-til-Ung Mentorordning?
For studerende:
Ung-til-Ung Mentor hjælper studerende med at opbygge stærke studievaner og mentale strategier, som både styrker deres trivsel og akademiske præstationer. Det giver dem en følelse af at blive set, hørt og støttet i deres udvikling.
For skoler:
Ung-til-Ung Mentor er et effektivt værktøj for skolerne, som både aflaster studievejledere og styrker de studerende, der har brug for ekstra støtte. Mentorordningen fremmer en kultur af støtte og gensidig ansvarlighed blandt de unge, hvilket skaber et stærkere fællesskab og hjælper med at reducere skolevægring.
Derudover bidrager ordningen til at fastholde studerende ved at udvikle de nødvendige studievaner og mentale strategier. Dette kan forebygge problemer, der ellers kunne føre til mistrivsel og frafald, hvilket giver skolerne en mere bæredygtig og proaktiv løsning.
