Even rigoureus iets anders, tussen de veelal mentale activiteiten tijdens de lessen. Spelen, ontspannen, lijfelijk bezig zijn, concentreren en vooral: plezier hebben!
Meestal zonder hulpmiddelen en voorbereiding in de klas te spelen. Na een paar minuten is de batterij weer opgeladen. Veel van deze spellen zijn ook prima in het bewegingslokaal of op het schoolplein te spelen. De spellen zijn bedoeld voor de hele groep: de stilzitters en de friemelaars.
In willekeurige volgorde kan een spel gekozen worden, passend bij de situatie. Geen competitie. Meedoen in je eigen tempo en ritme.
Bewegen en spelen als middel om te leren omgaan met jezelf en anderen. Positieve ervaringen opdoen op (senso)motorisch, cognitief en sociaal-emotioneel gebied.
In deze app:
- 50 korte spellen.
- Zoek-functie: zoek snel naar het juiste spel.
- Favorieten-functie: geef aan of je een spel leuk vind en creëer je eigen favorieten lijst.
- Accenten-functie: zet 12 accenten aan of uit (bijv. concentreren, inbeelden, inleven, lichaamsbesef, etc).
- De app is rijkelijk geïllustreerd.
