Description
Η εφαρμογή περιέχει τις εξής λειτουργίες:
1. Ανακοινώσεις
Ενημερώσεις που αποστέλλονται από τη γραμματεία αλλά και τους εκπαιδευτικούς, λαμβάνονται με άμεσες ειδοποιήσεις (push notification) στο κινητό και το tablet, και εμφανιζονται σε αυτή την ενότητα, χωρίς να χάνονται ή να διαγράφονται.
2. Ατομική ενημέρωση μαθητή
Ενημέρωση για την καθημερινότητα (ύπνος, φαγητό, δραστηριότητες) του παιδιού στον παιδικό σταθμό.
3. Φωτογραφίες
Ο απλούστερος τρόπος να διαμοιράζονται φωτογραφίες από γιορτές, εκδηλώσεις, παρελάσεις ή μέσα από την τάξη. Χωρίς την ανάγκη DVD, USB sticks, ή κατεβάσματος από το Ιντερνετ.
4. Βιντεο
Ένα μικρό youtube όπου ανεβάζετε από μικρά κλικ με παιδάκια να τραγουδούν ή να παίζουν στην αυλή μέχρι ολόκληρες γιορτές. Η πιο "ζωντανή" ενότητα της εφαρμογής
5. e-learning
Πρόσβαση στο υλικό και τις σημειώσεις των μαθημάτων της τάξης. Οι γονείς και οι μαθητές μπορούν να δουν τι διδάχθηκαν στην τάξη, ποιές είναι οι εργασίες για το σπίτι και να τυπώσουν οποιεσδήποτε σημειώσεις έχει διαθέσει ο δάσκαλος.
6. Θέση σχολικού λεωφορείου
Οι γονείς μπορούν πλέον να δούν τη θέση του σχολικού λεωφορείου, και να μην περιμένουν πολλή ώρα στο πεζοδρόμιο, σε περιπτώσεις που το λεωφορείο έχει καθυστερήσει (κακός καιρός, αυξημένη κίνηση στους δρόμους, κ.ο.κ.)
7. Οικονομική καρτέλα
Πλέον οι γονείς μπορούν να βλέπουν τις υποχρεώσεις τους και τα παραστατικά που έχουν εκδοθεί από το σχολείο, ενώ μπορούν να τις κατεβάσουν και σε pdf.
8. Μηνύματα
Άμεση επικοινωνία μεταξύ γονέων και προσωπικού του σχολείου
9. Ημερολόγιο
Όλες οι προγραμματισμένες σχολικές δραστηριότητες (εκδρομές, συναντήσεις γονέων, επισκέψεις ιατρών, κλπ) τοποθετημένες σε ένα εύχρηστο ημερολόγιο, με δυνατότητα συγχρονισμού με το κινητό.
10. Γενικά αρχεία
Φάκελοι με αρχεία όπως κανονισμοί σχολείου, συμφωνητικά, μενού φαγητού αλλά και εκπαιδευτικό υλικό και παρουσιάσεις
11. Απουσίες
Αναλυτικά λίστα με τις απουσίες και τις παρουσίες του μικρού μαθητή, σε όλη την χρονιά
12. Αναφορές προόδου
Οι βαθμολογίες τετραμήνου για τους μεγάλους μαθητές ή αξιολογήσεις για την εξέλιξη των δεξιοτήτων των πιο μικρών παιδιών.
Απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για την χρήση της εφαρμογής είναι το σχολείο να χρησιμοποιεί την πλατφόρμα total.school και να έχει εγγράψει τους γονείς ώστε να λάβουν τους κωδικούς χρήσης τους.
