Through various useful features such as short-and-simple definitions and easy-to-understand explanations, this app provides a study platform for spiritual seekers looking to better understand the subtleties of eternal knowledge and apply the teachings of Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan to their lives. Utilising current technology, this app meets the needs of today’s spiritual generation by giving them access to ancient wisdom in a modern format – making the study of the Vachanamrut a truly enjoyable experience.
The ‘Vachanamrut Learning App’ contains easy-to-use features such as:
Personal Account - Register for an account using your email address or login using your existing Google or Facebook account for added functionality; notes, reading list, reading history and search history are automatically backed up.
Seamless Switching Between Devices - If you are logged into the app, your notes, reading list, reading history and search history all instantly synced to your other devices.
Auto Bookmark - Access the Vachanamrut that you last visited from the home screen.
Reading List - Add Vachanamruts to your reading list so that you never forget your "wish" list of ones to read as part of your study or research into a particular topic or concept.
4 Different "Languages" - Gujarati, Gujarati Transliterated (Lipi/Latin), Gujarati Phonetic and English.
Summary - Summary of each Vachanamrut to help you decide if the specific Vachanamrut is of interest to you. Also included are additional facts and images to assist with understanding the geography of where and how the Vachanamrut was delivered.
Dark or Light Mode - Read in the mode that best suits your eyes during the day or night.
Adjustable Font Size - Increase or decrease the font size to suit preference.
Line Spacing - Choose from 3 different line spacing options to suit your reading preference.
Read time indication - Have limited time? Pick a Vachanamrut that you will be able to complete by using our helpful read time indicators.
Audiobook - Listen to each Vachanamrut being read in Gujarati and follow along with the auto-scroll text. Great for those who are learning Gujarati or those who are having difficulty pronouncing difficult words. (Currently available in Gujarati, Gujarati Latin and Gujarati Phonetics mode).
