Описание
“Virtual Wings” besteht aus zwei Modulen. In Modul 1 wählst du verschiedene Komponenten aus und erstellt dein virtuelles Flugzeug. Jedes Modell verfügt über unterschiedliche Flugeigenschaften. In Modul 2 kannst du die Eigenschaften deines Flugzeugs auf einem spielerischen Flug durch einen Parcours testen. Der Highscore am Ende verrät dir, wie schnell du warst und ob du durch eine gute Konfiguration eine Zeitgutschrift erhältst.
In der DLR-Forschung werden neue Flugzeug-Typen digital am Rechner entworfen und dann auch in der virtuellen Welt erprobt – lange bevor erste Modelle im Windkanal getestet und die Flugzeuge später gebaut werden.
Wichtige Ziele in der Entwicklung: Flugzeuge müssen möglichst treibstoffsparend, leise und damit umweltfreundlich fliegen.
Hier kannst du dein Können als Ingenieur und Pilot beweisen! Konstruiere aus verschiedenen Komponenten dein eigenes Flugzeug und starte danach zum virtuellen Testflug!
