You show someone a real notepad app and let them inspect the app. You then type a prediction on it without showing them. You allow them to freely select a card from a secretly marked deck. You tell the person that you have magically influenced them to pick the card you predicted. Before revealing the card, you show your prediction in the notepad. Upon turning the card over, the ASTONISHING look on their face will be simply priceless!
(2) Telepathy
You walk up to a stranger and say you have telepathic ability. You ask the person to think of any personal item they have in their bag, wallet, pocket, or even something they are currently wearing (including their underwear!). Ask them to transmit their thoughts to you. After that, show your notepad and proceed to type your prediction on it and "close the app". Ask them to show the item they thought of, since your prediction "cannot be changed". Name out the colour of their selected item. They open the app themselves. To their amazement, you predicted the exact colour of the item they selected!
