SafeFun è un modernissimo manager cloud per la gestione e il tracciamento delle prenotazioni.
Scarica l'app, registrati e crea il tuo evento; collega o condividi sui tuoi profili social il link pubblico che SafeFun genera automaticamente.
Il link pubblico permette ai tuoi utenti/avventori di ottenere un e-ticket/prenotazione da esibire per accedere al locale dopo aver inserito i propri dati personali in modo volontario evitando quindi problemi di privacy e lungaggini dovute alla registrazione delle presenze.
SafeFun integra un QRcode Scanner (versione PRO) con il quale eseguire in tempo reale il check-in e verifica della validità delle prenotazioni, ti basta una connessione 3G o WiFi e un cellulare dotato di fotocamera.
Tutti i tuoi dati e quelli delle prenotazioni vengono salvati in cloud per essere visualizzati come statistiche grafiche in ogni momento.
Il tuo locale necessita della gestione liste per ogni PR?! La versione PRO può gestire i tuoi collaboratori: registra manualmente o invita i tuoi collaboratori/pr a farlo per popolare il tuo "Team".
Ogni collaboratore ha a disposizione una versione limitata di SafeFun nella quale vede solo i gli eventi che decidi tu operando in una sottolista dell'evento; ogni collaboratore è limitato alla sua sottolista e non può vedere quella degli altri.
Come admin puoi controllare l'andamento generale dell'evento o anche quello specifico di un collaboratore.
La versione FREE permette di utilizzare l'app liberamente ma non dispone delle funzioni Team, Statistiche, QRcode scanner.
