Question: Why does the app disappear during the load screen?
Answer: The power management on the device interferes with the app and needs to be turned off.
Question: The hourglass on the search icon stops moving.
Answer: Depending on the speed of the device. A search can take up to a few minutes and the search is processor intensive. Please be patient for it to return to you your search criteria.
