描述
Plus-bee is een jonge onderneming gericht op het financieren van de allerkleinste maar tevens allerbelangrijkste ondernemers van de wereld. Met enkele klikken financier je deze ondernemers via deze app. Met jouw micro investering realiseer je een macro verschil voor deze ondernemers!
Wij zijn
Plus-bee is opgericht door Léon van der Meer, die jarenlange ervaring heeft in de (agrarische-) financieringswereld en in meerdere ontwikkelingsprojecten heeft gewerkt. Hij ziet daar veel ruimte voor verbetering, vandaar dit initiatief. Jacob is (eerste) contactpersoon in Zuid-Afrika voor het vinden en verifiëren van ondernemers met een financieringsvraag.
Wat doen we
In samenwerking met lokale partners wordt de keten zo kort mogelijk gehouden om de kosten zo laag mogelijk te houden en uw volledige financiering ten gunste te laten komen van de ondernemers. Zonder fysieke kantoren verloopt een financieringsverzoek én invulling volledig digitaal waardoor kosten én risico's maximaal worden voorkomen.
Hoe werkt het?
01 Aanvraag
Een ondernemer vraagt via een videopitch een financiering bij ons aan.
02 Verificatie
Mijn contactpersoon in Zuid-Afrika (Jacob) verifieert deze persoon en stemt met de aanvrager de voorwaarden af en legt uit wat wij van de aanvrager verwachten.
03 Platform
Dan plaatsen we de video op dit platform met een korte toelichting over de voorwaarden en afspraken. Het is dan aan jullie om te beoordelen wat je ervan vindt en of je deze persoon (al dan niet gedeeltelijk) wil financieren.
04 Verstrekking
Zodra een financieringsvraag volledig ingevuld is, zorgen wij dat het geld naar Zuid-Afrika wordt verstuurd én zorgen wij ervoor dat het geld aan het juiste doel besteed wordt. Vaak betalen wij de leverancier van onze aanvrager.
05 Updates
Wanneer een lening verstrekt is, zullen we jullie periodiek blijven informeren over de voortgang met tekst, foto of video. Ook wanneer er een (gedeeltelijke) terugbetaling heeft plaats gevonden, horen jullie dit.
06 Terugbetaling
Zodra de volledige terugbetaling heeft plaats gevonden, halen we het bedrag terug naar Nederland en keren we het bedrag uit naar de investeerder(s) met 3% rente. De aanvrager kwalificeert zich vervolgens voor een nieuwe lening tegen (nog) gunstigere voorwaarden; goed gedrag wordt beloond!
Risico's
Let wel op! Je belegt buiten toezicht van de AFM en er zijn zeker risico’s aan verbonden!
Ondanks verificatie kan het gebeuren dat iemand niet ter goeder trouw een financiering heeft aangevraagd en ‘verdwijnt’ ofwel niet WIL terugbetalen. Wij doen er van alles aan om dit te voorkomen: doordat we bijvoorbeeld weten waar iemand woont, of hij/zij emotioneel of economisch verbonden is aan de omgeving waar hij/zij woont, zekerheden te stellen etc. Uiteraard kan men dan niet opnieuw een lening aanvragen.
Ook is er kans dat men niet KAN terugbetalen door onvoorziene omstandigheden; denk aan klimatologische omstandigheden of diefstal. Houd in je achterhoofd dat de omstandigheden vaak veel primitiever zijn dan bij ons in Nederland. Wanneer dit het geval is, kan men opnieuw een verzoek doen; opnieuw als 1e lening.
Koersschommelingen: op het moment van verstrekken van de lening en terugbetaling wordt het bedrag omgewisseld van EUR naar de Zuid Afrikaanse Rand (ZAR); deze koers kan verschillen tussen inkoop (verstrekking) en verkoop (terugbetaling). Zowel een positief als een negatief effect van deze koerswissel heeft effect op het uiteindelijk aan jullie terugbetaalde bedrag.
