Low temperature cooking is a scientifically safe cooking method, but only when cooked for the correct amount of time. The cooking time is calculated based on the type and thickness of the meat and the water temperature. It is impossible to remember all the combinations. It is also difficult to calculate the maximum cooking time when trying to cook several types and thicknesses of meat at once.
I do simple cooking at low temperatures. I really just heat it up. But I still have to pull out recipes and low-temperature cooking heating time reference tables. I have to check temperatures and times, which is honestly a pain in the ass.
That's why we developed an app that allows you to input the temperature, type and thickness of meat , and it will tell you the required cooking time in no time.I have installed more than 10 low-temperature cooking apps, but it is difficult to even try the apps, as they require member registration and location information.It also relies on a specific manufacturer's cooker.
This app is simple, ready to use, manufacturer independent, and compatible with all low temperature cookers. Not recommended for those new to low-temperature cookers or those who want to cook elaborate dishes. You'll have to find the basic knowledge and recipes for those elaborate dishes on the internet!
This app is for people who know the basics of low-temperature cookers but find it a hassle to get out a recipe or reference table for cooking times every time. It is for people who want to know the cooking time with just one app.
