Beyond Defence is a holistic Self Defence concept for women to become safe and confident without spending years of learning Martial Arts.
Our self defense tools are simple, effective and easy to remember. And we go beyond!
We think you are already powerful! and simply need to reconnect with the the power within you.
In our training we work with your innate power - techniques that come natural and even intuitive to you. There is so much more that plays a role when faced with a conflict, a physical threat or a violent attack. Overwhelming situations can trigger a freeze reaction where the mind and body cannot access survival tools.
As a woman we are exposed to different forms of aggression, like sexual harassment, domestic violence and emotional abuse. Our concept is developed from a woman’s perspective. Our exercises include mindsetting, emotional management, building muscle memory in a fun fitness programme to unleash everything in you when it comes to that one moment to be protected. The foundation of our self defence tools are a selection of the most effective techniques from Pure Street Fighting, Krav Maga, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing and Kung Fu.
We complete your inner guarding with teachings inspired by mindfulness, meditation, yin yoga, tai chi and personal development coaching so you become the guardian of your spirit, mind, heart and body.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE APP AND PURCHASE OPTIONS
The download of Beyond Defence Be #Unbreakable is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use Beyond Defence Be #Unbreakable app, we offer one of the following options:
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Readout full Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy:
