eMe delivery
近年、病院を取り巻く環境は、ますます厳しくなると同時に、患者からの様々な要望が病院に挙がるようになりました。そんな中、私たち富士通システムズ・ウエストは、"質の良い医療"を提供する事はもちろん、病院という環境でありながら、"心地よさ"や"安心感"、"少しゆったり出来るような優しい環境"づくりを目指す病院に対して「患者に選ばれる病院」となるようお手伝いをしています。

こうした"心地よさ"や"安心感"、"少しゆったり出来るような優しい環境"づくりを目指す病院に関わる患者・職員・出入業者に対して、病院に対する不満や改善点をヒアリングした結果、「診察順番待ち」や「病院までの行き方や複雑な施設構造」、「院内の検査や疾患情報の収集方法」に対する不満が多くあることが分かりました。
また、職員・出入業者からは、「病院に訪問する出入り業者の管理やコミュニケーション」に関わる要望が挙げられ、それらを改善する必要があることも分かりました。

以上の結果を基に、私たち富士通システムズ・ウエストは、患者・職員・出入業者の立場に立ち、不満の改善を図るべく対応したiOSアプリケーション「eMe delivery」を提案します。

eMe deliveryでは、患者から多く上がった不満である「診察順番待ち」と「病院までの行き方や複雑な施設構造」、「院内の検査や疾患情報の収集方法」に着目し、診察順番が来た際の呼び出し通知やWeb上での診察順番の確認、病院までの行き先の案内、その他病院や診療科に関する情報の参照ができるサービスを提供し、患者満足度向上を目指します。
これらのサービスでは、iOS端末に搭載されたGPS機能やBluetooth通信機能を活用し、病院の外では現在地から病院までの行き方の提案、病院内では病院内でのみ閲覧できる有益な情報の提供を行います。
