GetUp Jump Higher is the leading vertical jump building application. It combines plyometric workouts with the sophistication of your iOS device. The application provides an easy way to manage the program workouts as well as videos of each exercise to help with form and focus to maximize results.

• Easily log workout progress
• Automatically calculates workout dates
• Keep track of which workout to do and when
• Add workout dates to calendar for notifications
• Watch videos to show correct form of exercises
There are 7 special exercises that begin with building endurance through plyometrics, and then go further to develop power. The GetUp Jump Higher program delivers incredible results.
