描述
Do you own an Apple Watch? Then use it during your workout to view your live running data. Run Trainer features an Apple Watch app, the iPhone can be tucked away during exercise.
Run Trainer offers coaching/training using human voice fragments. Want to listen to music? No problem! You can use Apple Music, Spotify, Podcasts, and other music apps during the run and the app will automatically mute the music when necessary so that you can hear the instructions.
Run Trainer has running plans for Couch to 5K, 10K, 15K, and 20K.

MyPlan | Set custom running schedules in the app (Recovery training, custom event preparation, etc.)
The built-in running schedules work with a 3-step formula in terms of pace (Walking, Jogging, and Running). After your run session, you will see your statistics concerning your pace, calories, and of course distance. The pro feature “SpeedMap” adds a detailed view to show where you slowed down or ran faster than the average during the run.
Every member gets a free cloud account that synchronizes your statistics. Did you buy a new phone or accidentally deleted the app? No problem! Just log in with your Run Trainer account and continue where you left off.
Run Trainer offers you, among other things:

- We improved a few things so you can enjoy your run even more. Now you can select the duration of the countdown to the start of your run, directly from your profile settings. Handy if you have a race or it takes a bit longer to put your phone in a safe place. Also, we made a small improvement on our Apple Watch app so you can finish your run correctly.
