The app lets you record your mood, select the stress trigger, indicate why you felt that way, and describe what you did or tried to do to cope with the problem.

Recorded moods, places, reasons, and coping techniques form a unique dataset that helps you identify main triggers and locations, determine what truly helps, and track effectiveness, frequency, and other details about what triggers or helps you.

The simple design and quick mood entry take less than a minute to complete and let you see how your feelings change over time.

Use Calmi to track patterns, test small changes, and get clear numbers that show where you feel worse and where you feel better.
