描述
Timer Plus is an easy to use special app for high intensity interval Training.
-Ability to display the number and duration of rounds and cycles.
-Interval Stopwatch
-Timer works in background mode
-Informative screen flash
-Create an infinite number of timers, save them in the history of workouts.
-Voice guidance
Use our Timer Plus app while training at home, at the gym, boxing, MMA, Bodyweight exercises or other fitness activities.
Timer Plus comes also with an Apple Watch app that allows you to use your saved custom workouts from the iPhone on your Apple Watch.
This app uses Apple Health Kit in order to run the Apple Watch app in the background.
