2. JOURNAL -- relive a positive experience from the day
3. EXERCISE -- increase endorphins and reduce stress
4. MEDITATION -- clear the clutter from your mind
5. ACTS of KINDNESS -- focus on someone else for a few minutes
Doing these 5 things consistently takes patience and persistence. High 5 gently reminds you throughout the day to do these 5 tasks and keeps track of your progress!

** I have no affiliation with the author, but the idea for this app grew from wanting to apply principles from "The Happiness Advantage" by Shawn Achor. There is a link to his excellent TED Talk from a few years ago within the app, but I highly recommend reading the full book. It has changed my life, and I personally owe an immeasurable amount of happiness to the things I learn each time I read or listen to his books.
