The eGFR 3D Calculator provides eGFR & creatinine clearance estimates, along with drug dose discordant renal dosing thresholds PLUS BMI, BSA, customizable Pre-IDMS (back-calibrated) and IDMS derived SCr & CrCl estimates AND MUCH MORE.

No need to manually calculate patient specific eGFR estimates or BSA Normalized creatinine clearance estimates. The eGFR 3D Calculator provides both BSA normalized and patient specific kidney function estimates for every reported estimate (CrCl, CKD-epi 2021, CKD-epi 2009, MDRD).

This eGFR 3D Calculator computes and compares eGFR & Creatinine Clearance (CrCl) kidney function estimates. It provides a patient specific report of renal dosing thresholds where eGFR based dose discordance occurs. This is a valuable clinical tool to assist drug dosing in medications with Creatinine Clearance derived dosing thresholds. It orients the user to the importance of employing the appropriate kidney function estimating method when assessing the patient's kidney function for drug dosing. The estimating method used in computing the patients kidney function should be the same method THAT WAS USED to derive the drug specific, FDA approved, renal dosing thresholds.

Different kidney function estimating equations produce different values that can result in different, and possibly inappropriate drug dosing recommendations. This is particularly important for drugs with creatinine clearance derived renal dosing thresholds that were established and approved prior to the introduction and adoption of eGFR estimating methods between 2016 and 2021. The eGFR Drug Dose Discordance (3d) Calculator fills in the blanks of missing information needed to evaluate renal function for safe, appropriate & optimized drug dosing.
