Comprehensively evaluate your heart health, including irregular rhythm notifications and ECG (electro cardiogram) interpretation.

Improve your REM and deep sleep. Evaluate your risk of sleep apnea, and get testing if medically necessary.
We're licensed and insured to provide real diagnosis & treatment--including ordering labs, imaging, and prescriptions if medically necessary--in many US states.

Today summarizes all of your health data into one place: heart rate, EKG and irregular heart rhythm notifications, steps and activity, oxygen saturation, resting heart rate, heart rate recovery, and more. Track POTS symptoms, medications, exercise, and daily habits like salt or water.
== Chat with a real doctor ==
Talk with a real medical doctor, over chat or video. While anybody can use the Empirical Health app, doctor chat is currently available in many US states. We accept most major insurance.
== Goals ==
Achieve your health goals with structured programs for POTS testing & treatment, exercise, proactive heart health, sleep, and more. Get interpretation of medical cardiograms. Get testing for sleep apnea and other conditions. Get help treating POTS, dysautonomia, and long covid.
