描述
A Nutriclock app destina-se aos participantes do estudo Nutriclock, para que possam registar, de forma prática, a informação requerida durante o estudo. Para além disso, a app permite que os participantes comuniquem com os profissionais de saúde e sejam notificados para efetuar a recolha de saliva, ou quando existem registos em falta.
As principais funcionalidades da aplicação incluem:
Diário alimentar: efetua registos de todas as refeições / alimentos ingeridos durante os primeiros 3 dias do estudo.
Diário de sono: efetua registo do teu horário de deitar e levantar e consulta informação estatística relativa aos registos efetuados.
Diário de atividade física: Regista as atividades físicas realizadas e visualiza as calorias queimadas em cada uma delas.
Plano alimentar personalizado. Caso faças parte do grupo Nutriclock ser-te-á disponibilizado um plano alimentar personalizado, que inclui os horários e os alimentos que deves consumir durante a participação no estudo.
Notificações: Receberás notificações quando tiveres próximo de efetuar uma recolha de saliva ou quando te esqueceres de registar alguma informação do diário alimentar, de sono e de atividade física.
Chat: Podes comunicar com os profissionais de saúde.

Esta aplicação foi desenvolvida no âmbito do projeto de Mestrado em Engenharia Informática - Computação Móvel da Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão do Instituto Politécnico de Leiria, em parceria com a Escola Superior de Saúde do Instituto Politécnico de Leiria.
