Music is an essential part of our worship. Our songs and liturgy are precious. We have a rich heritage of songs and music.
The DSMC Media APP will provide you online facilities for various song albums, music notations, up to date news from DSMC and also the online choir registration. The online choir registration facility is providing as per the request of outside Kerala parishes. For the first time in the history of Mar Thoma Church, a department is providing such facility.

The largest choir in the church is the congregation
The largest choir in the church is the congregation. Role of choir in leading worship is to help our congregation sing together and experience the presence of God. Leading the congregation in hymns and prayers is absolutely essential for worship, since praise is much desired by God.
Music for worship is not for entertainment
Musicians are ministers appointed by God and music for worship is not our entertainment. It is an act of worship. (I Chronicles 16:4-6)
