描述
Routebeheer is een uniek systeem voor beheer, onderhoud en digitalisering van routes en routenetwerken. Zo zijn wijzigingen, stremmingen, schades en onderhoudsmeldingen eenvoudig in te voeren en af te handelen. Routebeheer biedt te allen tijde een actueel overzicht van de status van het netwerk; alle data wordt realtime verwerkt.
Eenvoudig meldingen invoeren
Zoek en selecteer op de kaart de locatie van het beschadigde bord of paneel en alle gegevens worden automatisch overgenomen in het meldingsformulier. Voeg een omschrijving van de schade toe en klaar is de melding! Zo eenvoudig is het. Elke schademelding wordt automatisch doorgestuurd naar de onderhoudsdienst van het routenetwerk.
Altijd bij de hand
Dankzij de Routebeheer-app is alle detail-informatie ter plaatse bij de hand. Een papieren administratie voor onderweg is niet meer nodig. Alle medewerkers kunnen in één oogopslag zien wat zij moeten doen. En is een schade afgehandeld? Dan kan de onderhoudsdienst via de app direct de status van de melding wijzigen en foto's meesturen ter bevestiging. Het overzicht van het onderhoud aan een netwerk is daarmee altijd actueel.
De app vraagt toestemming voor uw locatie zodat u zichtbaar bent op de kaart. Om meldingen te verrijken met foto's vraagt de app ook toestemming tot uw camera en fotobibliotheek.
Routebeheer is onderdeel van het Folkersma beheerpakket C-TIP. U kunt uw C-TIP account gebruiken om in te loggen. Als u geen C-TIP account heeft, dan kunt tikken op "Log in met demo account" op het startscherm. Zo kunt al wel een inzicht krijgen in de mogelijkheden die Routebeheer biedt.
