描述
大きく３つの機能を持っています。
１.ことばの道案内機能。
「NPO法人ことばの道案内」が作成した、ことばによる道案内情報を提供する機能です。
ことナビのウォーキングナビサイトで提供している情報をこのアプリでより便利に利用できます。
２.自由歩行ガイド機能。
特に事前に設定することなく、移動する際のサポート機能です。
周辺情報案内機能や近接情報案内機能を提供します。
周辺情報案内機能とは、自分のいる場所の位置情報から、周辺の交差点、お店、建物などの情報を取得してお知らせする機能です。
自動的に案内する他、スマホで向きを変えて、その方向先に何が、どれくらいの距離にあるかを調べることもできます。
また、コンビニなどのキーワードを指定して、それがどの方向と距離にあるかをスマホの向きで調べることができます。
近接情報案内機能とは、一定の方向に移動していると分かった場合に前方に何があるかを知らせる機能です。
指定した距離内に近づいたときにその交差点、お店、建物の名前と方向と距離をお知らせします。
交差点、お店、建物などの情報はグーグルマップとオープンストリートマップから取得します。
３.目的地歩行ガイド機能。
ウォーキングナビとは関係なく、自分で目的地を設定して、そこに向かって移動する際のサポートを行う機能です。
目的地の方向、距離を音声や振動でで常時示して、目的地への歩行をサポートします。
それに加えて、周辺情報案内機能と近接情報案内機能を提供します。
