MACH 7 est divisé en deux parties : le site web de préparation de vol et l’application IPAD de suivi de vol.
Au sol :
MACH7 « prépa web » permet de préparer son vol à partir d’un ordinateur : trajectoire, devis carburant, masses et centrage, log de nav, profil de vol, météo, Notam, VAC, Sup AIP, base de donnée avec vos aéronefs, etc.
En vol :
Avec l’application IPAD, MACH 7 « suivi vol » permet le suivi GPS sur moving map du vol préparé sur le web. Le téléchargement du vol préparé se fait en un seul clic avant de partir.
Les avantages de Mach 7 sont exceptionnels :

Les fonctionnalités de MACH 7 suivi de vol sont les suivantes :
- Fonctionnement autonome en vol (pas de connexion nécessaire)
- Affichage de la trajectoire préparée
- Suivi de vol GPS sur moving map
- Possibilité d’afficher de nombreuses cartes interfacées : CartaBossy, OACI 500,000, IGN 250,000
- Route, temps, distances, altitude, hauteur, vitesse sol, temps de vol
- Affichage log de nav complet, avec calcul des temps de branche temps réel
- Affichage du devis carburant, masse et centrage
- Affichage profil de vol de la navigation préparée
- Briefing route étroite : metar/taf, VAC, Notam
- Météo : temsi, wintem, carte radar, satellite
- Zones AZBA
- Fonction « nearest » permettant de voir les terrains et points caractéristiques autour de l’avion
- Fonction « one touch » : visualisation des zones, fréquences, terrains, point de report
- Fonction Go To permettant de rejoindre directement un point ou un terrain
Des améliorations et de nombreuses fonctions sont en cours de développement comme la possibilité de préparer son vol depuis la tablette elle même, modifier une trajectoire en route, ou encore l’enregistrement du tracé du vol.

L’IPAD et son logiciel de suivi de vol ne sont pas des instruments de navigation homologués ni certifiés et n’offrent aucune garantie d’exactitude et de fiabilité. Ils ne doivent pas être utilisés comme instrument de navigation principal. Consultez les directives EASA et DGAC sur l’utilisation des IPAD et logiciels associés.
