Once the Technites service request App is downloaded on a mobile device a customer is linked and connected to a qualified artisan is sent to the customers premises to do the job. To ensure the highest possible quality at all times, the customer is able to rate the job done by the Technite on completion of the work.
We offer a mobile-based platform that enables businesses to deliver services to their customers. Our mission is to define and deliver great workmanship across Africa!

CUSTOMERS receive a notification alert as soon as a Technite is en-route. The message provides a link to a map (HTML5 mobile web page) from which they can view the Technite’s actual location, progress and updated ETA.
The BUSINESS, via the mobile app is able to manage their jobs, assist them to navigate & communicate with customers, and ultimately do more, faster & better.
Through the app the BUSINESS is also able to monitor and track the artisans field operations team – Map tracking, assigning of jobs and receiving alerts.
Our app allows you to:
1- Always know what’s going on:
• Manage your jobs directly from your mobile device
• Easily navigate to the location of your next job.
2- Communicate with everyone:
• Communicate directly and in real time with the office and the customer at home, and keep them posted at all times.
3- Optimize Performance:
• Know your history – where have you been and how long you’ve been in each place
