Únete a la red de usuarios de transporte público más grande de Santiago, que quieren una mejor experiencia de traslado para ti y toda la comunidad.
TranSapp es una aplicación basada en una red colaborativa de pasajeros de transantiago, que mediante la información que estos van proporcionando, en tiempo real, se pueden enterar de la situación actual del sistema de transporte y así decidir de manera informada qué bus abordar o qué paradero utilizar.
Además te entrega una estimación más exacta del tiempo de espera de tu bus, puesto que junto con utilizar el GPS de los buses, hace uso de la posición de los usuarios que están utilizando tranSapp, permitiendo hacer un seguimiento del bus de manera más precisa.
Características claves de la aplicación:
-Mapa de zonas cercanas a tu localización, muestra los buses que se acercan al paradero en el que te encuentras, junto con los reportes que han hecho otros usuarios.
-Menú que permite evaluar el estado del paradero en el que te encuentras.
-Compartir la posición del bus en el que viajas para que puedas ayudar a otros usuarios a conocer donde se encuentra su bus.
-Finalmente podrás enviar reclamos de manera abierta, mediante una explicación del problema y con la opción de adjuntar una foto.
