TVIS เป็นระบบรายงานสภาพจราจรด้วยเสียงอัตโนมัติออนไลน์ โดยดึงสภาพการจราจรจากแหล่งข้อมูลต่างๆแบบอัตโนมัติ สามารถค้นหาข้อมูลได้ด้วยเสียง โดยการพูดชื่อถนนที่ต้องการ เพราะมีระบบรู้จำเสียงพูดภาษาไทย นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถดึงภาพจากกล้อง CCTV เพื่อดูสภาพจราจรในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ปัจจุบันมีข้อมูลเฉพาะสภาพการจราจรในกรุงเทพมหานคร
ปัจจุบันได้ทำการรวมข้อมูลน้ำท่วมเพื่อเป็นข่าวสารให้กับผู้ที่สนใจ โดยผ่านแหล่งต่างๆ เช่น กทม กรมทางหลวง ระดับน้ำเจ้าพระยา เป็นต้น
TVIS is an automatic system that reports traffic information in Bangkok. With an integrated speech recognition system, TVIS allows a user to request information via voice. To obtain traffic information, the user can say the name of a major road in Bangkok. Moreover, TVIS can retrieve the image from a nearby CCTV to show traffic situation.
