Vì sao cần phải có ứng dụng IVFMDer:
◦ Người dùng có thể tạo hồ sơ cá nhân. Hồ sơ này sẽ hiển thị trên ứng dụng của nhân viên chúng tôi. Nhờ đó, Bác sĩ và chuyên viên Call center của chúng tôi có thể dễ dàng quản lý và phân biệt từng người dùng, tránh nhầm lẫn
◦ Người dùng có thể được hội chẩn và được tư vấn riêng với Bác sĩ và Chuyên viên call center. Nhờ đó mang lại tính riêng tư.
◦ Dữ liệu được bảo mật do chúng được lưu trữ trên server nội bộ của IVFMD. Tránh việc rò rĩ thông tin.
◦ Chúng tôi tạo ra app IVFMDer để thể hiện rằng app này giúp user liên hệ trực tiếp với các nhân viên y tế của IVFMD.
◦ Các Bác sĩ của IVFMD đang hướng đến việc chỉ sử dụng 1 nền tảng là app IVFMDer để chat và quản lý tất cả Bệnh nhân của họ. Tránh nhầm lẫn với các kênh chat khác
◦ User cũng tin tưởng hơn vì đây là app chính thức, không lo sợ chat nhầm bác sĩ giả mạo.
◦ Trong app này, tính năng quan trọng nhất là chat trực tiếp với Bác sĩ và chuyên viên tư vấn. Nhờ đó nhân viên của chúng tôi có thể lưu trữ tin nhắn, phân loại user dễ dàng hơn, giúp user được chăm sóc tốt hơn.
◦ Cửa số chat có tính năng upload hình ảnh và video, giúp Bác sĩ và user trao đổi một cách riêng tư
◦ Dữ liệu được chúng tôi lưu trữ trên server riêng do chúng tôi kiểm soát. Chúng tôi không muốn các thông tin này bị rò rỉ ra ngoài.
