描述
Raccoglie tutti i dati essenziali per ottimizzare le attività giornaliere di distribuzione, con la sequenza di consegna sempre visualizzata su mappa, personalizzabile comunque dal vettore. In ogni momento è possibile consultare le schede anagrafiche clienti. Al momento della consegna, il tuo vettore ha la possibilità di inserire eventuali annotazioni: ogni nota viene riportata sul documento finale, pronto per l’invio. Nel caso in cui sia previsto il pagamento tramite contrassegno, il saldo viene richiesto e registrato prima di concludere l’attività di consegna. L’app prevede diverse modalità di pagamento. Documenti vengono firmati su tablet dal vettore e dal cliente al momento della consegna. Si può scegliere la tipologia di firma, a seconda delle necessità di archiviazione: firma digitale semplice (senza valenza giuridica) oppure firma grafometrica avanzata con valenza giuridica (certificata da un terzo ente,con FirmaGrafoCerta). Documenti, una volta conclusa la consegna, vengono inviati subito al server e spediti agli indirizzi mail dei clienti (gestibili con facilità nell’anagrafica).
