ARMADIETTO
Permette di accedere facilmente alla documentazione e alla modulistica compilabile della community.
I documenti sono tracciabili e sicuri, possono essere organizzati in cartelle personalizzate. Inoltre c’è la funzione di “modulistica” che permette di creare formulari personalizzati e raccoglierne i dati digitalmente.
BACHECA
Consente di ricevere aggiornamenti in tempo reale sulle novità della community come in un vero e proprio social network. Tutte le novità, le informazioni e i media sono raggiungibili a colpo d’occhio. Per rimanere connessi con volontari e beneficiari in real time e leggere le notizie rimanendo sempre aggiornati sulle novità dell’azienda e del network.
CHAT
Consente di comunicare in modo facile e veloce con volontari e benficiari grazie all’utilizzo di una chat che combina messaggi di testo e file multimediali. La messaggistica diventa facile, veloce e all’interno di un unico strumento. Le notifiche vengono recapitate su un canale dedicato alla comunicazione della community.
Tutti i media condivisi all’interno delle conversazioni vengono archiviati in un unico punto per facilitare le ricerche e le consultazioni.
INTERVENTI
Consente di organizzare varie attività dentro e fuori dalla community e di gestire interventi di volontariato. Consente inoltre di rilevare lo svolgimento dell’intervento.
FEEDBACK
Consente di gestire sondaggi per avere uno specchio della situazione della community, è possibile quindi avere un metodo veloce ed immediato per ricevere feedback anonimi in tempo reale da parte volontari, beneficiari e persone coinvolte.
