How to give an appraisal?
1. Open the menu and pick Contacts
2. Select a contact
3. Tap on “Give an appraisal”
4. Choose a skill, points, and write your feedback*
5. Tap on the Send button and you’re done!
*performance appraisal feedback is limited to 255 characters.
