描述
Cette application est disponible pour les personnels des établissements qui possèdent déjà le logiciel Ap'Secure et pour lesquels un compte a été créé depuis le logiciel.
Toujours à portée de mains, l'application Ap'Secure, extension mobile du logiciel Ap'Secure, permet à ses utilisateurs d’œuvrer à la dématérialisation de la gestion réglementaire et organisationnelle liée à la sécurité de leur établissement.
Après s'être identifié, les utilisateurs ont la possibilité de consulter la liste des actions auxquelles ils sont affectés. Ils peuvent alors pour chacune :
- Consulter les documents disponibles.
- Ajouter des documents (photos & fichiers).
- Modifier la progression d'une action et/ou la valider.
Il est aussi possible, depuis la galerie photo de leur appareil ou en sélectionnant un fichier image, pdf, ou Word (.doc & .docx) de partager celui-ci dans Ap'Secure pour l'ajouter aux documents d'une action ou valider une action.
Enfin, ils peuvent également consulter l'intégralité du registre de sécurité de l'établissement ainsi que les documents attachés aux différentes entrées du registre.
La consultation de document Word (.doc & .docx) nécessite l'installation de l'application Word de Microsoft ou tout autre éditeur de texte permettant d'ouvrir ces fichiers.
En cas de problème de connexion, merci de vous rapprocher de votre établissement.
Cette application fonctionne pour les appareils utilisant iOS14 et plus.
