Multi-factor authentication with time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) guarantees access to your account for only verified parties whatever service you use, Facebook, Google, GitHub, Sony PlayStation, or Steam. WHAT IS TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (TFA)
Two-factor authentication is a security method that requires two separate forms of identification to access your account: something you know (your password) and something you have (a special code from the TFA app on your trusted device). For instance, even if hackers get your password they will not be able to get access to your Binance or Amazon account as they will not have the secret code from Authenticator Mobile App.
