FAQ
Q-Do we need ZOOM account to use the app?
A-The app has operator and avatar modes. If you are the “Operator”, you will need to use your own login ID. “AVATAR will use the operator’s personal meeting ID.
Q-Where can I get ZOOM account?
A-You can create the free version (up to 40 minutes of connection) inside the app. If you need a Pro version, please contact info@ipresence.jp. (There will be an additional cost)
Q-I already have ZOOM account. Can I use it?
A-Yes, you can.
Q-Do we need AVATAR robot?
A-Yes. Please prepare either kubi, temi or Keigan Motor enabled robot.
Q-Where can we purchase AVATAR robot?
A-Please visit https://ipresence.global.
Q-Is it possible to access ZOOM meeting from PC?
A-Yes, it is possible using standard ZOOM application after the operator and AVATAR are connected.
