Whoop/Garmin like experience for your Apple Watch. Body Insights turns Apple Watch data into clear insights and simple actions, so you can train smarter, recover better and sleep deeper. It's like Whoop but for Apple Watch.

Fitness Age
Track how old your body performs compared to your real age. Fitness Age blends VO2max, heart rate, activity, and cardiovascular health to reveal your physical fitness level. Watch your fitness age improve as you train smarter and recover deeper.

Sleep Score
Your Sleep Score blends duration, sleep stages, overnight heart rate, night-time stress, HRV, and sleeping temperature to show how well you actually recovered, not just how long you were in bed. See what helped or hurt (late workouts, caffeine, irregular bedtime), track 7 and 30-day trends, and spot creeping sleep debt before it tanks your energy.

Stress Score & Balance
See strain and recovery in real time. Your Stress Score blends HRV, heart rate trends, and activity context to map the day into high stress, balanced, and restorative periods. Check your balance ratio (calm vs. stressed minutes), pinpoint triggers (meetings, commuting, caffeine, late screens). Weekly insights reveal patterns.

Body Battery
Know when you’re charged up and when to hit pause. Body Battery analyzes HRV, resting heart rate, stress, activity load, and sleep quality to estimate your current energy reserves, moment to moment and across the day. Watch it recharge with quality sleep and low stress breaks, and see it drain with tough workouts and back-to-back meetings. Use your energy trend to time training, plan deep work, and protect recovery so you finish the day with something left in the tank.

Personalised Recovery Time
After every workout, Body Insights estimates how long your system needs before the next hard effort. It factors in session intensity (time in HR zones, maxHR spikes), your rolling training load, plus last night’s sleep and today’s stress to give a clear recovery window. Stack a brutal interval session? Recovery extends. Take a calming walk and breathe? It nudges earlier. Train when you’re ready, not just when it’s scheduled.

Daily Dashboard
Open to one screen that answers the big question: push or rest today? Live Stress, Body Battery, Recovery, Strain update throughout the day with an intuitive green/yellow/red ranges. Tap to drill into HRV, resting HR, time in zones, and stress balance. Quick, contextual suggestions sit right at the top of the screen, so insights become action in seconds. It’s your recovery, readiness, and training load beautifully visualized and always up to date.

Evening Wind-down
When night approaches, app reads your last hour of HR signals and suggests you the ideal wind-down window. Consistency is the key: lower pre-sleep HR, steadier HRV, and fewer late spikes, foundations of healthier sleep hygiene and easier sleep onset.

Training that lasts, not burns out
Build durable fitness with a smart easy hard mix. Hit your Zone 2 target to grow aerobic base. App auto tracks max-HR hits and flag when you’re stacking too many red-line efforts, prompting lighter days before fatigue piles up. The result: more stamina, fewer setbacks, and training you can sustain for years.

    4. fixed a bug where sleep temp chart was showing C legend for F users
    5. fixed alot more pesky bugs which I dont even remember but maybe you'll notice it. I'll be glad about if you did. This would add some sanity justifying my countless hours spent staring at the computer screen. Also, buying expensive Apple gear for coding.
    6. I quit my job, so app updates might be faster now. Fruck corporate.
