byVisitors es una aplicación para dispositivos móviles, diseñada para visitadores con una interfaz limpia, intuitiva y fácil de usar. Al ser una aplicación instalada en local, puede trabajar incluso sin conexión a internet.
byVisitors notifica al visitador el día y hora de la próxima visita, para no perder ninguna una oportunidad de negocio. Permite crear y editar nuevas inspecciones, o completar las asignadas por byMovers. Con acceso en tiempo real al calendario de inspecciones, información del cliente, origen, destino, recursos humanos y materiales necesarios, e inventario completo de la mudanza. Añadir estancias y enseres nunca fue tan sencillo y rápido.
byVisitors calcula de forma automática el volumen (o peso) de cada estancia y el total de la mudanza, así como la distancia entre origen y destino, la mejor ruta y el tiempo estimado para realizarla. Permite al visitador confeccionar un presupuesto y obtener la firma del cliente in situ, con toda la información de la inspección disponible en la oficina en tiempo real, incorporada al Expediente de Mudanza correspondiente.
byVisitors también crea informes de visita, incluyendo todas las observaciones y comentarios que deseemos en el archivo de la inspección.
