描述
Attraverso l’App l’Amministratore di condominio, in tempo reale, può:
- Inviare una richiesta di intervento ad uno o più fornitori e ricevere una notifica email che conferma la presa in carico del lavoro;
- Comunicare tramite una chat privata con il fornitore che ha accettato l’intervento;
- Condividere con il fornitore in maniera istantanea documenti e immagini;
- Registrare i solleciti dei condomini così da poter valutare correttamente la professionalità del fornitore e la qualità dell'intervento da lui effettuato;
- Controllare, attraverso il Bollettino Segnalazione, il badge in e il badge out del fornitore nel condominio;
- Calendarizzare i vari interventi tramite l’Agenda, che gli permetterà di organizzare i vari interventi senza sovrapposizioni di fornitori e orari.
Alla fine dei lavori, l'amministratore potrà visualizzare l'intervento come Concluso da parte del fornitore e tutte le informazioni relative a ciascun intervento resteranno archiviate all'interno dell'App, così da poter essere sempre consultabili.
Tutte queste attività si concentrano in un'unica applicazione semplice da usare e che riduce i tempi di scambio di informazioni tra amministratore e fornitore.
