Maneja diferentes políticas de negocios para distintos tipos de clientes mayoristas o productores.
Cstore es una aplicación B2B de uso interno que permite a los representantes de ventas de la empresa Casagri De Lara mejorar su gestión directa con los clientes, aumentando la velocidad de respuesta ante las diferentes solicitudes.
Una vez creada la orden o cualquier movimiento por medio de Cstore, se integra directamente con el ERP por medio de la API.
Cstore maneja varias funciones de manera offline para incrementar la productividad y la respuesta inmediata a los clientes incluso en los sectores o zonas más remotas o con poca conectividad.
Entre las funciones prácticas de Cstore tenemos:
- Catalogo con imágenes de nuestros productos.
- Buscar por medio de filtros.
- Registro de pedidos, devoluciones, cobranza y cotizaciones.
- Registro de nuevos clientes.
- Monitoreo de estatus de pedidos en tiempo real.
- Consultar cartera de clientes de los representantes de ventas.
- Consultar historial de pedidos.
- Consultar estatus de cuenta corriente de los clientes.
- Reportes de gestión del representante de ventas.
- Ver existencias, precios y presentaciones de nuestros productos.
- Manejo multimoneda.
- Gestión de precios y descuentos por diferentes políticas o promociones.
- Administrable por medio de su CMS.
- Conexión con nuestro ERP Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011
