DOCUsmart®, die Baudokumentationssoftware von Würth, digitalisiert den kompletten Dokumentationsvorgang und unterstützt entscheidend die Kommunikation auf der Baustelle. Medienbrüche, Kommunikationslücken oder Zettelchaos gehören der Vergangenheit an. Schon im Montageprozess kann an der Dokumentation gemeinschaftlich gearbeitet werden. Aufgaben werden verteilt, terminiert und über E-Mail kommuniziert. Fehler werden früh erkannt bzw. schon im Vorfeld vermieden. Dies steigert die Ausführungsqualität und trägt entscheidend zur Termintreue und Kostensicherheit bei.
In DOCUsmart® kann kooperativ gearbeitet werden. Der Key-User kann je nach Bedürfnis seine Kollegen bzw. Monteure aber auch ein komplettes Bauteam aus Auftraggeber, Auftragnehmer oder Gutachter mit ins Projekt nehmen. Alle Beteiligten haben in Abhängigkeit der ihnen zugewiesenen Rechte Zugriff auf die gleichen, immer dem aktuellen Stand entsprechenden, Daten. Mit der kostenlosen DOCUsmart®-App können Sie jetzt auch auf der Baustelle digital weiterarbeiten.

Mit dem neuen Update können Sie nun auf Produktinformationen und Dateianhänge auch offline zugreifen. Zudem wurde die Performance der App weiter verbessert und die Nutzerfreundlichkeit erhöht (z.B. Löschung von unnötigen Pflichtfeldern, alphanumerische Sortierung der Lokationen), so dass die App für Sie reibungslos funktioniert.
