◆ Block Apps & Websites
→ Block Now
Instantly block distracting apps or websites for a set duration.
e.g. “Allow only specific apps for the next 4 hours.”
e.g. “Block Instagram right now for 45 minutes.”
→ Schedule Blocks
Create daily or weekly block schedules that run automatically.
e.g. "Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm block all social apps."
e.g. "Allow only Books, Notes and Telegram on weekends."
→ Time Limits
Set usage limits to prevent overuse and reduce screen time.
e.g. Allow only 10 minutes of TikTok per day."
→ Opens Limit
Restrict how many times you can open an app in a day.
e.g. "Open YouTube only 3 times per day."
→ Action to Unlock
Require a task — like a movement, scan, or reflection — before unlocking apps.
e.g. "Move 10,000 steps to unlock Instagram."
e.g. "Scan QR code to unlock TikTok."
◆ Mindful Pauses
Create a small moment of awareness before opening distracting apps.

◆ Minimalist Home Screen
Replace a distracting, cluttered icon grid and notification-heavy Home Screen with a simple, calming layout.
Choose your most important apps to display in the simplified launcher.
You can also add supplementary widgets like Date & Time, Weather, and Health app info.
Note: The Health widget can show your Apple Health data if you choose to enable it. Access is managed entirely through the Apple Health app. All permissions are optional and only used for the widgets you select.
