Raise a ticket for any maintenance issue easily
In case of any unexpected problems in the facility, a ticket can be raised from the tenant app to schedule maintenance. It is the responsibility of the facility management team to ensure restoring the equipment to operating conditions or normalizing any unstable situation in a facility as early as possible. This makes it very easy for the tenants to avail services done right from the comfort of their home, without going around for the same.

The Booking module of the application streamlines the reservation and usage of common spaces and equipment within a building. The application allows the tenants to easily book facilities like conventional halls, gyms, play areas, sports facilities, other training facilities and high-cost equipment across the building.
