描述
fairVEX verwendet 4G/5G oder WLAN (falls vorhanden), um dem zuständigen Sachverständigen bzw. Schadenregulierer anhand eines Livestreams den Schaden zu zeigen. Der Schadenregulierer kann den Schaden in seiner VEX-Webanwendung dokumentieren. Mittels Taschenlampenfunktion können auch dunkle Bereiche besichtigt werden und die Pointerfunktion vereinfacht die Kommunikation auf beiden Seiten. Während des Live-Videos können auch Chat-Nachrichten aus der App ausgetauscht werden.
