With the HACCP Food Safety App for iPhone and iPad chain store companies from the food retail and gastronomy sector can carry out their HACCP controls for each of their chain stores via a clear and visual interface.

• Live monitoring of temperature values within refrigeration units and cooling chambers
• Online access to the stationary sensor systems and sensor data
• Complete HACCP documentation
• Management of as many stores as required
• Configuration of any number of refrigeration groups and units
• Notification and management of temperature alarms via ticket system
+++ Alarm tracking / automatic data synchronization
An HACCP warning and subsequently an HACCP alarm will be triggered as soon as the temperature of a refrigeration unit lies outside the permitted temperature range. The HACCP Food Safety App enables to localize, track and share these alarms with authorized personnel, service providers or with our support centre. Settings and changes are updated automatically and will be transmitted in real time from the App to the Edison Street database. Further actions like the measurement of core temperatures are recorded.

With the HACCP Food Safety App by Edison Street food retailers and gastronomes monitor the temperatures in the cooling chambers, cooling counters, cooling shelves and movable refrigeration units.
Terms of use
The basis for using the HACCP Food Safety App is the permanent transmission of all relevant data like temperature values, defrost cycles and stored products to the database of Edison Street GmbH.
