Wenn sie das Client/Server-System Broadcast Manager einsetzen, können Sie es mit dieser APP Ihren Mitarbeitern ermöglichen, jederzeit und sekundenaktuell auf Ihre Personal- und Technik-Planung zuzugreifen, um sich detailliert über eine Produktion zu informieren. Darüber hinaus bietet die APP auch interaktive Möglichkeiten, um direkt vom Einsatzort Daten (z.B. den Produktionsreport, die tägliche Arbeitszeiterfassung der Mitarbeiter oder Memos) in die Datenbank des Broadcast Manager Hostsystems zu senden.
"Arbeitszeiterfassung"
Die Arbeitszeiterfassung schreibt die durch den Mitarbeiter erfassten Arbeitszeiten und deren Zuordnung zu Projekten (Produktionen etc.) oder Kostenstellen in Echtzeit zurück in die SQL Server Datenbank des Broadcast Manager Hostsystems.
"Produktions-Übersicht"
Die Produktionsübersicht zeigt in einem frei wählbarem Zeitfenster von einem Monat alle geplanten Produktionen des Unternehmens in den von der Dispo/Planung hinterlegten Farben an.
"Personal-Ansicht"
In der Personalansicht werden alle festen Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens, sowie Ihre geplanten Tätigkeiten in einem gantt-Diagramm übersichtlich angezeigt. Freelancer können auf Wunsch auch angezeigt werden.
"Technik-Ansicht"
In der Technikansicht wird alle Technik des hinterlegten Master-Dienstleisters (eigene Produktionsfirma/Unternehmen), sowie die geplanten Einsätze dieser Technik in einem gantt-Diagramm übersichtlich dargestellt.
"Produktions-Ansicht"
Die Produktionsansicht ist die Visualisierung einer kompletten Dispo einer Produktion mit den Bereichen Stabliste, Fuhrpark, Zusatztechnik und aller Notizen zu dieser Produktion.
"Produktions-Report"
Der Produktionsreport ist eine komfortable Möglichkeit direkt nach der Produktion einen detailierten Report zu verfassen, um diesen an das Management und in das Broadcast Manager Hostsystem extrem zeitnah speichern bzw. senden zu können.
Alle SubApps sind (wo es Sinn macht) untereinander verlinkt und arbeiten zusammen.
