Maar dat is niet het enige. Met de Mysolution Portal kun je veel meer dan alleen tijdschrijven. Met onze applicatie regel je jouw eigen personeelsadministratie, zoals
- Verlofaanvragen inclusief verlofsaldo
- Inzien van agenda, planning en opgeven beschikbaarheid
- Onkostendeclaraties
Met de Mysolution Portal kun je daarnaast ook diensten inclusief werktijden bevestigen, je stamkaart met personalia bijwerken en verlopen documenten verlengen. Heb je voor een declaratie het bonnetje nodig? Maak een foto van de bon en voeg deze aan je declaratie toe. Heb je een kopie van je legitimatie op je telefoon en heeft jouw opdrachtgever die nodig om je aan te melden voor een nieuwe klus? Maak/upload een foto van je legitimatie en stuur deze direct door naar jouw opdrachtgever.

Tevens ontvang je een melding nog voordat de deadline van een openstaande taak verstrijkt. Ook is onze applicatie zo ingericht dat de visuele ureninvoer zelf met slimme voorstellen voor gewerkte uren komt. Makkelijker kunnen we het niet maken!
Met deze drie stappen heb je de Mysolution Portal binnen handbereik:
1. Download de Mysolution Portal applicatie op jouw device.
2. Scan de QR-code (ontvang je van jouw organisatie).
3. Log in met je gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord (ontvang je van jouw organisatie).
Deze applicatie is ook te gebruiken - voor klanten - om uren in te voeren, uren te accorderen en facturen in te zien.
