Netop OnDemand is a remote access software that helps reduce tech support costs, meet compliance standards, and instantly connect to devices from anywhere in the world. With the most robust security features on the market, Netopt OnDemand provides the access you need without compromising security.
Key Features of the OnDemand app:
- Share your entire screen with a support technician
- Have an audio chat with the support technician
Quick Guide:
1. Only install the OnDemand application if a support technician using the Netop Remote Control Portal requests it.
2. Launch the app.
3. The support technician will provide you a 9-digit session key or a link that pre-fills the session key.
4. Enter the session key on your iOS device and initiate the connection.
5. Enable screen broadcasting to share your screen.
