OpenMeeting Member App
The OpenMeeting Member App is the companion app to the OpenMeeting meeting management software. The secure application enables remote or in-person electronic roll call, motions & seconds, voting, requests to speak, and viewing of agenda attachments, boosting meeting efficiency, organization, and accessibility.

The OpenMeeting Member App has a user-friendly, “what you see is what you need” interface that helps you easily follow along and engage in your legislative meeting.

Stay Organized & Informed: Follow along with the agenda automatically, keeping everyone on track. Meeting members are only prompted to make motions, seconds, requests to speak, and vote when it is necessary. Members can also open and view agenda attachments (PDFs, slide decks, images, and more) in the app.
